Alien Bird

Here is some concept art for my husband's game. Another alien species. He's going to start a kickstarter soon so I need to get out some concept art to aid in visualization.

I don't have a name for this species yet. But they have furry-like fingers on their wings which can be used like fingers. They are one of the more intelligent species. They have feet much like reptiles or frogs and hop around like kangaroos a lot. They can fly, but prefer to walk because that way they can use their "fingers." They are songwriters and poets, taking more to a creative side than a logical one. But they are very fluent in language and can learn all other alien language with ease. Other aliens find it hard to make the clicking sounds in this species language because most don't have the throat for it. They contain 4 eyes, but the second pair is less easily noticed, for they are very small and aren't so much for seeing as sensing temperature. The balls attached to their feathers on their head make shaking maraca sounds, and these can sometimes be used to attract mates, used for secret code, etc. I don't have much info on these guys yet but they are mainly vegetarians.

They come in tones of copper, greens, and turquoise blues. Sometimes pinks. However, their beaks and feet are always blue
